Visiting the website

The website is delivered via Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc., USA; certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework). Technically necessary connection data, such as your IP address, the time, and the page accessed, is processed to deliver the website and protect it against attacks (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We do not use cookies or third-party analytics tools. To improve the website, we count how often pages are viewed, the lever is pulled, dialogs are opened and purchase buttons are clicked, and how often a purchase was confirmed. Your browser only reports that such an event happened. For page views, we additionally evaluate the campaign tag (utm_source parameter) of the requested address and map it to a fixed list of platforms (e.g. TikTok, Instagram, YouTube), otherwise “other” or “direct”. We only store daily counters (date, event, platform, count) in our database at Cloudflare – no IP address, no identifier, no link to individual persons and nothing in your browser (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Purchasing a guide, Pass, or 18+ access

You will be redirected to Stripe for payment (Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd., Ireland). Stripe processes your email address, payment details, and, where applicable, billing address to process the payment and send the invoice; we receive order and invoice data, but not your full card details. The legal basis is performance of the contract (Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR). We retain invoice data for seven years due to the statutory retention requirement (§ 132 BAO, Austrian Federal Fiscal Code; Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR).

If you return to our website after payment, we additionally send you one email with your contract confirmation, our terms of purchase, and a link back to your purchase. For a guide purchased individually or redeemed through a Pass, the email also contains the one-shot prompt and the guide as a file. The email is sent to the address you entered at Stripe (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, performance of contract). You receive the contract confirmation in any case with the invoice from Stripe. The email service is Resend, acting as our processor (details and transfers to third countries below). To avoid sending the same email twice, we store in a database at Cloudflare only a check value (SHA-256 hash) of the Stripe purchase reference and delivery purpose, the time, the number of delivery attempts, the delivery status and Resend's message ID – no email address (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest in sending exactly one correct email). These entries are deleted after 180 days; technically this happens automatically the next time content is retrieved. The email is only sent for purchases made within the last seven days.

Storage in your browser

Your browser stores your language selection, number of free spins, and recent hit history locally (localStorage), as well as, where applicable, your confirmation that you are an adult and, after a purchase, the purchase identifier or a signed entitlement token. This keeps hits, the Pass, 18+ access, and purchased guides available after reloading. It is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 165 (3) TKG 2021, Austrian Telecommunications Act). A purchase identifier or token is transmitted to us only to verify an entitlement or redemption. You can delete these entries at any time in your browser settings.

Declaration of withdrawal

If you declare your withdrawal online, we store your name, email addresses, your details about the contract, any purchase references remembered by your browser that you expressly select, and the date and time of receipt in order to process and evidence the declaration (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). The data is stored in a database at Cloudflare. We keep it for seven years; older entries are deleted automatically as soon as another declaration is received. You can also request erasure at any time (see “Your rights”). We send the acknowledgement by email via the email service Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., USA) as our processor; your email address and the content of the acknowledgement are transmitted for this purpose. To prevent the form from sending emails to third-party addresses, we first match the order email against our orders at Stripe (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR); without a matching order, the acknowledgement is shown on the page only.

The email is sent from the EU (Ireland), but Resend stores the email address, message content and delivery data in the USA and uses further service providers there, such as Amazon Web Services. The transfer to the USA is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision for the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR), under which Resend is certified; where it does not apply, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses in our data processing agreement with Resend apply (Art. 46 (2) (c) GDPR). You can request a copy of the clauses at [email protected].

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection. To exercise these rights, contact [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Wien, dsb.gv.at).

Terms of purchase

1. Contracting party and scope

These terms apply to the purchase of digital guides, the Sidehustle Bandit Pass, and 18+ access on the “Sidehustle Bandit” website. Your contracting party is the company named in the Legal notice.

2. Service

You are purchasing a digital guide to exactly one side-hustle idea: a one-shot prompt for AI coding tools, step-by-step instructions, guidance on finding your first customers, pricing, legal matters, and common mistakes, as well as additional prompts.

Functionality and compatibility: The guide is displayed as text in your browser and can be saved as a Markdown file (.md); it can be used with any current browser and text editor. To use the prompt, you need your own account with an AI tool such as Claude Code or Codex; this is not included in the price. The results depend on the AI tools and may vary.

Pass: The Sidehustle Bandit Pass costs a one-time €4.90 including VAT. In the browser where the personal purchase link is opened, it unlocks unlimited spins in the general section and includes exactly one guide of your choice. Your choice remains open until the first redemption; redemption is binding and stored exactly once on the server. Each additional guide costs €4.90 including VAT.

2a. 18+ section

Guides in the 18+ section discuss business ideas related to adult topics in a factual manner and without explicit content. They are intended exclusively for adults. The one-time 18+ access costs €9.90 including VAT and includes unlimited spins in the 18+ section plus exactly one 18+ guide of your choice. Hits and teasers are loaded only after purchase. Your choice remains open until the first, binding redemption; each additional 18+ guide costs €4.90 including VAT. Before purchase and again during checkout, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old; no purchase is concluded without this confirmation.

3. Conclusion of the contract, price, payment

The contract is concluded when you click the purchase button during checkout and the payment is successful. An individual guide and the general Pass each cost €4.90, while 18+ access costs €9.90, in each case including VAT and as a one-time payment without a subscription. Payment is made through Stripe by card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Stripe may display and charge the amount in a supported local currency at checkout; the prices and contractual values of this offer are defined in EUR. The contract language is the language in which you use the website (German or English).

4. Delivery and confirmation of the contract

An individual guide is made available in your browser immediately after successful payment. The Pass and 18+ access are unlocked after the personal return link is opened in the browser; the included guide is made available immediately after your binding choice. You receive confirmation of the contract, including your consent to immediate provision, in the invoice sent by email. You additionally receive an email containing the contract confirmation and these terms; when a guide is provided, it also contains the prompt and guide as a file.

5. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a right to withdraw for 14 days from the conclusion of the contract (§ 11 FAGG, Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act). This right expires once provision of the digital guide, Pass, or 18+ access has begun, provided that you expressly consented to provision beginning before the withdrawal period expired and acknowledged that you would thereby lose your right of withdrawal (§ 18 (1) 11 FAGG). You give this consent by ticking a checkbox during checkout. While your right of withdrawal continues to apply, for example if provision has not yet begun, you can exercise it as described below.

6. Statutory warranty

The statutory warranty applies, in particular under the VGG (Austrian Consumer Warranty Act) for digital services. If there are any defects, contact [email protected].

7. No guarantee of success, liability

The guides provide ideas and practical assistance. We do not guarantee income or business success. Any legal and tax guidance they contain is general and is not a substitute for professional advice. We are not liable for ordinary negligence; this does not apply to personal injury.

8. Governing law

Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which you have your habitual residence remain unaffected.

Exercising your right of withdrawal

Online: Use Withdraw from contract to declare your withdrawal directly on this website and immediately receive an acknowledgement of receipt stating its content, date and time (§ 13a FAGG).

While you have a right of withdrawal, you can also withdraw without using a specific form by emailing [email protected] or by using the following form. Please provide the email address used for your order and the purchase date.
